Our Wines

At Kishor winery, we produce four series of wines: ‘Kishor’, ‘Misgav’, ‘Vineyard Nahal Yasef’ and ‘Vineyard fortress Tefen’. We also occasionally launch special editions of wines. All wines are kosher, and you can order them right here.

METZUDAT (FORTRESS) TEFEN VINEYARD

METZUDAT TEFEN Vineyard is planted on the slopes of the hill where the Crusader fortress is found at the entrance to Kishor. The name comes from the word for windy (typhoon) in Arabic. The vineyard special micro climate is derived from its relative height and strong winds. It us the meeting point of the Western and Upper Galilee.

Complex Full bodied Bordeaux style blended wine. Young fruity aromas Mediterranean spices and green peppers. Balanced acidity and long fruity finish.

NAHAL YASAF VINEYARD

Nahal Yasaf Vineyard is planted on the slopes of Yasaf Stream .The name originates from Arabic–deep stream. The stream starts at Kishor and flows west to the sea. The slopes of the stream draw in the cold breezes from the sea forming a unique micro climate area.
